Corn Whiskey Re-imagined
We wanted to make wonderful corn whiskey, so we distill fresh-picked white corn, the same corn you buy at the grocer’s to eat at home. Instead of what’s being harvested in the next photo.
99.9% of bourbon and other whiskies using corn are made from generic yellow field corn that is allowed to dry on the cob before harvest.
It’s the same stuff you make hog feed out of, or corn syrup, or ethanol. more info >
