A rhum agricole distilled from fresh local high-mountain cane juice using traditional hand methods at the Tosba artisanal mezcal distillery, located near San Cristobal Lachiroag in the rugged Sierra Norte of northern Oaxaca state. Juice from the mountainside plantings of sugar cane is highly aromatic and its flavors and aromas are beautifully purified and concentrated in this terrifically appealing small-batch rum.
