All fermentation is in-house. Currently, Crispin has distilled: a wheat whiskey 100% from malted Bavarian hard wheat; a corn whiskey, approximately 80% yellow corn distilled with an admix of malted oat, barley, and rye; and a rye whiskey from malted rye.

Next are a bourbon using a high proportion of malted rye and a blended whiskey.
