Distiller Jorg Rupf is heir to a rich tradition of distillation: his family long produced fruit brandies (eaux-de-vie) & liqueurs in Germany.

In 1982, Jorg brought a tiny Holstein pot-still to the San Francisco Bay Area and began to use craft methods of distillation on the region’s world-class fruit.

After making eaux-de-vie and liqueurs with traditional craft methods for more than 25 years, St. George Spirits has an international reputation as one of the world’s most creative distillers of fruit. The Aqua Perfecta bottlings have won numerous prestigious awards in Europe and the US.
